The by a venezolan architect designed 4 bedroom villa offers breathtaking views with eye for detail and quality materials. Because of its architecture, every room of the house offers amazing views over the Spanish Waters, Caracasbay and the ocean. The house even offers a complete guest apartment including a kitchen, bedroom, livingroom and bathroom with its own entrence. The whole backside of the house has covered porches, perfect for dining, relaxing and entertaining.

The villa has been upgraded beautifully in 2009 with travertine floors in and outdoors, high end traditional kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. But also the pooldeck has been upgraded and expanded with travertine and wooden flooring which offers many ways for entertaining

The house is located at the top of a hill and always enjoys a fresh breeze to cool down the owners and their guests. But, if necessary, almost every room in the house has an inverter airconditioning for days without wind. And because of the 10 kw solarpanel installation, the villa is energy neutral
